Please be aware that this years Nelsonica coincides with the Saint Nicholas Fayre which is held annually in York. This event attracts thousands of visitors, so please make sure that if you plan on staying overnight in York that you book your rooms early.

PARKING
The big car park at Clifford's Tower is restricted to 5 hrs and expensive.
The nearest All-Day parking is at St. George's Field, and Castle Mills, both cost £9.50 - 8am to midnight.
Slightly further away is Kent St behind the York Barbican Centre.
Be warned. York parking meters continue to charge after 6pm !
